GunGrips.net is a true "Mom & Pop" business. Conrad and Doris Berry have been supplying custom, laser etched grips since May 2002 when we closed our previous web business SonoranShopper.com. Both Doris and Conrad have our own guns and enjoy trips to the range and back canyons of Santa Cruz County, Arizona where we now live.
Both Doris and Conrad have had interesting careers and are retired. GunGrips.net is a hobby "business" that keeps us busy. Staying current with technology and working in our retirement, will help us remain active for the foreseeable future.
Doris completed a career with the U.S. Senate where she was the Phoenix Office manager for Senator Barry Goldwater. She worked with the Senator from the ill fated run for the Presidency in 1964 until he retired in 1987. She worked an additional two years at the Phoenix Office of then Congressman Jon Kyl. After retiring, she accepted a position at the Goldwater Chair at Arizona State University where she spent an additional 12 years.
Conrad completed a 20 year career in the USAF in 1975, retiring at the rank of E6. After several jobs, he settled into a position as electronic test technician at Motorola in Phoenix, Arizona. After retiring from Motorola in 1995, Conrad served in a volunteer position on the Governors Council on Aging for 6 years.
