I like good customer service. Some people don't give a damn weather you're happy or not once they have your money. Conrad here at GunGrips.net gave a damn about weather or not I was happy with the product and the service. I find that impressive. Thank You

I just got my etched grips installed on my Para C7.45 and they look fantastic. The alumagrip base and the gungrip art work have made this an item worth carrying in plain view, if it was allowed that is. Workmanship is excellent, the timing was great, the feedback from the employees very knowledgable. Why can't more companies be like this? If they were, then who knows where the economy would be now. The grips are great. I showed them to the guys on the Team and they are impressed with the detail and quality as well. One suggestion: offer an option of having the right grip panel for 1911s relieved for an ambi safety. I'll have to attack it with dremel and file myself, but if we can get that "from the factory" that would get rid of the fear that I'm going to mess up these beautiful grips. Thanks again.
GunGrips.net Reply: Steve, the AlumaGrips have the option of AMBI safety and we have now added the option to have the 1911 Polymer Grips etched for the AMBI safety.
