I got my custom AlumaGrips in today (03/11/04).
I was pleased with the look and the service.
Because I was putting them on a Springfield WWII , I had to do the usual enlarging of screw holes but that was no big deal. I am very pleased and will put the word out about the nice work.
Thanks.

CONRAD;
I recieved the grips that you made for me today. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. I truly appreciate the prompt service and your patience and workmanship in getting my design, (Badge and my initials) so accurately and completing the order in such a short time. Thanks for your patience with my suggestions and your input as to what would make these even better than I had anticipated. I am truly pleased and plan to order another set with a different design in the near future, as soon as I get the design ready. Thanks again! -Lee Dillon

I first heard about these grips one the single best firearms forum on the web, www.1911forum.com. I ordered a pair of checkered aluma grips with a custom image. The custom image was a very intricate Celtic cross with detailed knot work, which is a tattoo I currently have. I never thought Conrad was going to be able to extrapolate the "detail" I wanted from the image. However, much to my surprise Conrad was not only able to duplicate the image exactly, but the beauty and quality of the grips far surpassed my expectations. I would encourage anyone that has a desire for custom grips to use Conrad exclusively. Regardless of the complexity of the image or design, I have absolute faith your aluma grips will meet your needs, expectations, and quality desire.
Sincerely,
Michael Warren

Just got my grips today. The image I sent came across better than I thought it would and I'm very happy with them. If you find a good Tiger image I'll get some for my Gold Combat as well (I'll keep looking too). Thanks....Sam

I just recieved my Alumagrip and I could'nt be happier with them. The design I submitted was reproduced and laser etched wonderfully. The fit was perfect and the workmanship really shows. No cheap knockoffs or empty shells, but solid with outstanding workmanship.
Thank You

I recently ordered a pair of clear, smooth anodized AlumaGrips with a custom image I selected, and sent to Conrad. Upon receiving them, I was not happy with the quality of the image. I emailed Conrad and he said to send them back for a full refund. No hassle whatsoever. I wanted the AlumaGrips but just didn't like the way the gray image came out on the clear grips. I asked him if I could trade for a set of clear, checkered grips. He said they weren't in stock and I would have to wait until after the shot show. Well, a few hours later Conrad had arranged for Chris Lynch from AlumaGrips to drop ship me a set so I would not have to wait nor did I have to send the set back I had and then get the other set I wanted. I sent the other set back and not only did Conrad refund the difference promptly but he also removed the laser etched image on clear anodized AlumaGrips as an option until he can perfect the process. Outstanding customer service and I would definitely do business with both of these companies again. Have no fear or reluctance when purchasing from GunGrips.Net because their return policy is just as they state.

I recently ordered a pair of grips for my S & W Model #1911. After being told they would be shipped out by the end of the week I was concerned when I did not receive them the following week. That was when I received a phone message from Conrad apologizing for the grips not having been shipped due to them being out of stock. He also had another concern he noticed that the initials he wrote down on the order form J E H in french script were different than the name on my credit card (A long story which I will not get into). Conrad wanted the order to be right so he made the call to me to double check. This is a testimony to the type of service you can expect from this company. The grips look great on the gun, thanks again for taking the time to care about your customers. I have told everyone I know about your company and the and the type of service they can expect from you.

The smooth clear anodized grips with Dragon1 image turned out to be perfect for my custom Airsoft project. It attracts quite a bit of attention where ever it is displayed. Thank you!
